Biography

Ms. Anna Kletsidou is Head of Social Sustainability and Human Rights at Philip Morris International and is an expert in the design and implementation of social sustainability programs both in manufacturing and in the supply chain. She leads the execution of PMI’s Human Rights strategy and supports in the design of suppliers due diligence program and the implementation of PMI’s Agricultural Labor Practices (ALP) Program, focused on improving labor practices on approximately 350,000 farms. Previously, Anna worked for Nestlé in Switzerland and Colombia in the Legal, Compliance and Human Resources departments. She also worked in the EU in the Directorate general of Employment and Social affairs. Anna holds two LLM on European law and International Politics from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and a third one on Business Law from the University of Geneva.
